ALPSE PTE. LTD. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is continuously working to ensure and improve accessibility so that more people can use our website and smartphone application.
In light of the purpose of the European Accessibility Act and the relevant laws of EU Member States implementing it, we will make improvements within a reasonable scope.

Compatibility with assistive technologies (clear structure, ease of screen-reader use, etc.)

Inquiry and procedure screens (input assistance, clearer error messages, etc.)

5. Exceptions / When Compliance May Be Difficult

Some content or features may take time to address due to technical constraints, third-party-provided functionality, or certain legacy content created in the past.
Even in such cases, we will consider providing alternative means and making improvements to the extent reasonably possible.
